Terms and Conditions of Sale
Health Pursuits would like to ensure your shopping-on-line experience is enjoyable. By using our website and placing an order with us confirms your agreement to our Health-Pursuits Terms and Conditions as stated below:
Payment Options
We accept all major debit and credit card payments, which are processed via a secure server powered by Paypal and also Paypal account holders are acceptable. If required, we also accept cheques made payable to ‘Health-Pursuits Limited’, however this applies only to customers in UK. For payment by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared our account. If paying by cheque, is the preferred method of payment, payment instructions will be emailed to you on completion of the checkout process.
For overseas customers (outside of the United Kingdom), all payments must be made by Paypal only.
Well-Being and Consultancy Services will be payable direct to Health-Pursuits or by Bank Transfer.
Credit Card Security
All details of credit/debit card numbers are made via PayPal. All information entered on the PayPal websites is encrypted to provide a high level of security. For further information, please visit their website at www.paypal.com. Health-Pursuits do not store your credit/debit card information on our website at any time.
Shipping and delivery Charges
All prices shown on the website are in UK pounds sterling are inclusive of any UK sales taxes.
Delivery charges are not included in the published price and will be added to your final invoice on completion of your order. The default destination is United Kingdom and if this is not the country of destination, please select the country of destination in drop down box, to shown relevant delivery charges.
We endeavour to despatch goods within 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday except UK Bank Holidays. However, payment is made by cheque, goods will not be despatch until payment has cleared our account. If there are any unforeseen delays in shipment, we will advise customers as soon as possible. Our website will display products, description and quantities of products that are ‘in stock’ and also ‘out of stock’
All products will be despatched within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail UK Confirmed 1st Class where a signature upon delivery will be required. Any order with a combined weight of over 2kg will be sent by courier such as Parcelforce, requiring a signature on delivery. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order.
For destinations, outside of the United Kingdom (Europe only), all products will be despatched Royal Mail International Tracked and signed. The maximum weight for overseas orders is 2 Kg.
Confirmation of Orders
When you have placed your order, upon checking out, you will receive an email confirming details of your purchase and information regarding payment and delivery. Please contact us if you do not receive this information within 24 hours.
Return goods policy
If for any specific reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase or they are damaged in transit, you are able to return the goods to us in the original condition and with all packaging intact within 7 days of the date you received the item. A full refund will be issued for the price you paid for the item, minus delivery costs. Please notify us in advance by email at info@health-pursuits.co.uk providing details of item, product code, invoice number and your contact details and reason for returning to goods. An image of the damage should with the email. It is important to notify Health Pursuits that you wish to return the goods prior to sending the goods.

We do not sell, rent or exchange any personal information with any third party for any commercial reasons. We maintain strict security procedures in the disclosure and storage of information which has been knowingly provided to us to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). We collect relevant data and information in order to process an order, enquiry or provide a service. You can browse our website without disclosing any personal information. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days after the goods were received. If you do decide to cancel, you should notify us of your intention by Email. The goods must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging and at your own expense. We will endeavour make a refund to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Complaints
Should there be any specific complaints or concerns with our products or services please contact us in confidence by Email giving details of your complaint and your suggestion of how we can resolve the situation. We act as quickly as possible to rectify any problems you may have with our goods or services. All information and measurements given on this website are approximate, although we do try to describe our products as accurately as possible.
Our Right to Cancel
Although extremely unlikely, Health-Pursuits reserve the right to cancel any order within 48hours of placement. Notification will be given by Email as soon as possible and a full refund (including postage) will be issued, where necessary.

All pictures and product descriptions held on www.health-pursuits.co.uk are the sole property of Health-Pursuits and may not be used or copied without written permission from Health-Pursuits.
Allergies
Metal Allergies - Jewellery products may contain metals that may cause an allergic reaction.
Food Allergies - Product may contain traces of nuts, milk, wheat. We accept no liability for any products that may cause allergic reactions.
Disputes, Law. Jurisdiction and language
Health-Pursuits are based in England and are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law whereupon the English courts shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.

The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English language.

Health Pursuits reserve the right to modify or change existing terms and conditions and website content without prior notice. All changes and modifications will be effective from the date and time of posting on the Health Pursuits website.
Illegal Acts
It is a criminal offence to use false information or name or known invalid credit cards to order goods or services. Any false or illegal data information used to place orders will be reported and prosecuted to the full extent of UK and International criminal law. We will support crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace and identify users engaging in illegitimate criminal activities on our website.

Health Pursuits Limited or any of their Directors, associates, or employees will not be liable for any damages resulting from activities related to the use of this website or any of their products and services. Health Pursuits are not responsible or liable for any user generated content on our website that may be deemed offensive, inappropriate or unlawful. This limitation of liability applies to damages or expenses of any kind including (without limitation), direct, indirect or any consequential damages, loss of revenue profit, data, computer virus, criminal activities in relation to the business, property and any claims arising from third parties, from the use of this website or business. This limitation of liability applies, if the alleged liability is based on contract, civil law (including negligence), strict liability or on any other basis.
